Grief. The Only Present We Really Want.

🟣Grief. As we begin the lead up to Christmas for some of us our hearts can ache or feel empty in the western tradition of purchasing presents….  in deep grief no material present is the one we really want to receive.
🟣The only present we wish for is having our people who have died back with us.
🟣Though we know this is not possible, our grief and heart’s ache is real.
It is important that we talk about our people who have died. It is important that we talk about our grief. Talking brings connection. And connection means that WE ARE NOT ALONE. It means that TOGETHER we can support each other through the heart ache and journey forward.
🟣We keep going…. together.
